About Archibaldo Lora

Archibaldo Lora is a first generation Latino American, who immigrated with his family from the Dominican Republic and grew up in Boston, Massachusetts. He gained his undergraduate B.F.A. in Illustration from the Lesley University College of Art & Design.

Working in a variety of mediums, his work consists of mixed media collage, as well as, hand drawn elements. He has been able to explore different aspects of his artwork and techniques, attracted to themes of spirituality and the human form; much of his work can appear raw and natural.
